All dog breeders aren’t the same. At Dennings Farm, our mission is to raise healthy, happy puppies and finding the right homes for them. We will take the time to educate you on the different breeds available and help you find the one that’s right for you and your family. Denning Farms is a family-owned and operated breeder of maltipoos, cavachons, cavaliers, teddybears, yorkiepoos, cockapoos, puggles and boston terriers. It takes many years of breeding these types of dogs to properly understand and care for them. When you buy a puppy from Denning Farms, you can be sure you are buying from one of the best puppy breeders in the midwest.
Denning Farms is a USDA Licensed Dog Breeder. We are also a member of the Iowa Pet Breeders Association and the Pet Professionals of Southeast Iowa.
Denning Puppy Farm
We truly are a farm that offers our puppies plenty of space and fresh air to grow and be happy. We have a stone and brick building with heated flooring and air-conditioning for our puppies when indoors. They are with adults and our children most of the day. 
Puppies at Denning Farms are part of our family. We enjoy each and every puppy and we know the love, affection and laughter that they will bring to their new families. Getting Started with Puppy Adoption
You’ve begun your search on the internet for puppies for sale, puppy farms, dog farms, etc. For the breeds we offer, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve put more information on-line to help you understand the steps to purchasing your puppy.
Visit the Currently Adopting page of our website for the breed you are interested in to see if they are available at this time. If they are not available now, sign-up for our email list to get an automatic update when they become available. This is the best way to get notified in advance of new puppy litters in advance.
Shipping Puppies for Adoption
Not anywhere near Hougton, IA? That’s not a concern, we can ship your new puppy to you! We have found good homes for our puppies in virtually every state in the US including California, Texas, Florida, and New York. We safely and humanely ship your new puppy directly to you.

We got our Puggle, Mike, from Tricia at the end of November 2021. She answered all our questions and was very friendly and informative. She provides a great environment for her puppies, and Mike is the best! He was a happy, healthy puppy who has grown into strong and healthy dog with a great temperament. Traci, I purchased Flash on 11/21/23. I was desperate for a puppy to replace the 2 I lost in 2 months time. Flash's name was changed to Dalton. He is so sweet and loving. He is definitely my puppy. He is shy about getting close to other people in the family. He is gradually warming up to my husband. Given time he will be a wonderful addition to our household. Dalton has stolen my heart.
He has seen the Veterinarian and received a clean bill of health. I have already set a date to have him neutered in February.

Our little Deeks is 2 years old today. It is hard to believe we have had him 2 years already. He is a smart, loving, sweet little dog. He is a fighter. He came down with parvo 6 days after we got him, but fortunately, God had his hand on our little pup and helped him survive. We love him more than words could ever express.
Gracie Lou (3yr) & Daisy Mae (3mo) are now Sisters. Gracie is a fabulous Maltipoo and Daisy is a Cavachon and our newest addition this week. We have been so happy with Tricia and the Denning Farm breeds. Both dogs are extremely smart, easy to train, and very healthy, playful dogs.

We got Lindie Jo from Denning Farms in January 2021. Tricia was wonderful to work with and Lindie Jo couldn’t be any smarter and has the best personality! She has brought so much joy to our lives! We recommend Denning Farms every chance we get!
Our maltipoo, Milo, turned 1 year on July 4. He is the most wonderful pet anyone could ask for. He brings us a tremendous amount of joy every day. Milo’s temperament is that of a sweet, loving dog. We wanted a lap dog and we definitely got one. If we are sitting down, he is in our lap!!! He is very smart and trained easily.

My little Rosebud started out as quite a handful but one and a half years later, I see that she is just so smart and has a huge personality. Once again, my life is greatly enhanced and I have Tricia to thank.

We brought home our sweet little JoJo in January. She’s the sweetest, little yorkiepoo! She’s super tiny, barely over 5 pounds at 7 months old. She has the best temperament, so loving and smart. We could not have asked for more. It is overheard at least 10
times every day “she is so cute!”
